Terms of Service

Last updated 22 August 2026

These terms cover ammoura.me, the early-access site for Ammoura. They are short because the site is small: it tells you about a product that is coming, plays a piece of music, and takes your email if you want to hear more. Using the site means you accept these terms.

1. What this site is

ammoura.me is a pre-launch page. Ammoura itself — the commerce and website platform this page describes — is not yet available. Nothing here is an offer to sell you anything, and nothing here guarantees that the platform will launch on any particular date, with any particular features, at any particular price, or at all.

Any dates, countdowns or descriptions on this page reflect what we intend today. Plans change. Do not make commitments of your own in reliance on them.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 13 years old to join the waitlist, and at least 16 if you are in the EU or UK. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use this site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Joining the waitlist

By giving us your email address — directly or through a sign-in provider — you agree that:

You can leave at any time. Email [email protected] and we will remove you. Joining the waitlist does not reserve a place, a price, a username, or a store name, and does not create an account.

4. Signing in with another service

If you join using GitHub, Discord, Google, Facebook or Apple, that exchange is governed by their terms as well as ours. We receive only what is described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for those services, and we cannot fix problems with your account on them.

5. Music on this site

This page streams "BIRTH" by davis9001, from the album Ammoura.me. The recording and composition are protected by copyright and are made available here for personal listening on this page only.

You may not download, copy, re-host, sample, remix, distribute, or use the recording in any other work — including in videos, streams or advertising — without written permission. Listening here grants you no licence beyond playing it on this page.

6. Acceptable use

Do not:

We may refuse or remove any signup, and block access, without notice — normally because it looks automated or fake.

7. Our content

The Ammoura name, logo, page copy, design, animation and code are ours or our licensors', and are protected by intellectual property law. These terms do not transfer any of it to you. You may link to this page freely.

8. The site is provided as-is

This is a pre-launch page and we offer it as is, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not promise the site will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Ammoura will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Ending access

You may stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your waitlist entry. We may suspend or end access to the site, or take it down entirely, at any time — most obviously when Ammoura launches and this page is replaced.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. If a change materially affects waitlist members, we will email them rather than rely on you re-reading this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you and we consent to that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live, or of the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

13. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about this site.

14. Contact

Questions about these terms: [email protected].
